slow & creative - a day retreat

Join us on January 26th for a transformative day retreat designed to help you find clarity, connection, and inspiration for the year ahead. We’ll begin with a soothing hour of meditation, breathwork and flowy movements, guided by Julia Wernle, allowing you to release the past and find your inner balance. Let the stress melt away as you open yourself to new possibilities.

Afterwards, gather with like-minded souls over a nourishing, healthy brunch, sharing stories and cultivating meaningful connections. The day continues with gentle guidance to set your intentions for 2025, an introduction to journaling as a tool for self-reflection, and the creation of a personal vision board to bring your dreams into focus.

This day-retreat isn’t just a pause; it’s a starting point, a heartfelt space to reconnect with yourself and chart a path filled with purpose, joy, and authenticity. Let this be the day you give yourself the gift…
