Sara guides gentle meditation and yoga with a grounding presence that invites you to slow down and reconnect. Splitting her time between Vienna and her second home in Brazil, she brings a calm, sun-soaked energy to everything she does. At Primavera, she’ll open the day with a sunrise meditation & breathing session to help you claim your space, breathe deeply, and ease into the new season.
