Wander with Me — A Mediterranean Journal

Over the years, I’ve wandered through the golden hills of Tuscany, the sun-drenched villages of Mallorca, the sleepy coastal towns of southern Spain… always guided by curiosity and a love for the little things.

This space is a response to the many gentle nudges and lovely messages asking me to share more of the places that inspire me — the tucked-away cafés, the flower-filled markets, the artisan shops, the breezy beaches where time feels like it pauses.

I created &Friends as an oasis — a reflection of the Mediterranean rhythm I’ve fallen so deeply in love with. Slow mornings, warm light, handwritten menus, linen curtains dancing in the sea breeze. And now, I want to take you along.

Here, you’ll find travel notes from my favorite corners of the Mediterranean — personal stories, heartfelt tips, and local treasures I’ve discovered along the way. Think of it as a travel diary from a friend, shared over coffee and olive oil cake.
